Senakw Tower Development

In 6,000 units (with 700 parking spots) accommodating 10,000-12,000 people in eleven towers rising 32-to-56 storeys on 4.7 hectares, the Sen̓áḵw development on its ancestral land raises urban density to a new level—and will be followed by Quantum Park, Concord Pacific’s development of the former Molson lands (three buildings on a large base with four towers on the frontal building), Lululemon’s Cornwall location… How do we reconcile the pressures of these towers on the neighbourhood?
